BIP - LOHOS 26 – LOcus HOSpitalitatis26

The project seeks to raise awareness and train students in good practices of sustainable design and
architecture with a multidisciplinary and multicultural approach to the existing buildings.
To this end, inter-university groups will be created around the challenge of the reuse of an existing
building in Giessen. These inter-university and interdisciplinary teams will share the approach and the knowledges of the building technologies used in their countries to bring new life to a building not used but full of historic meaning. The results will be different projects developed respecting the cultural and social environment.
