Erasmus+ EU Students

Come to Pavia as an Erasmus+ student

Erasmus+ allows Undergraduate, Master and PhD students coming from partner Universities to undertake a semester of mobility at the University of Pavia.

  • Be nominated by your home institution by May 15th (full year/first semester) or by October 15th (second semester)

  • Fill in the online application. Deadlines are June 15th for first semester/full year mobilities and November 15th for second semester mobilities.

  • Ask for a VISA

  • Ask for accommodation

  • Fill in your Learning Agreement
    Before coming to Pavia, you have to prepare your Learning Agreement; you can check our course offer to find the right subjects and then get in touch with the Departmental Coordinator competent for your study area to obtain the approval; please make sure you also keep [email protected] in copy.

  • Take care of personal and health insurances

  • Check the Linguistic Centre's offer of Italian courses

  • If you need it, check out our support for Students with disabilities

  • Wait for notification of your enrollment
    Your enrollment as a student at UniPV will be carried out by the International Mobility Office. You will receive instructions on how to set up your @universitadipavia email address and your student account via email.

  • Register your arrival in Pavia
    You will need to obtain the signature of an arrival certificate from the International Mobility office; you can do so either by sending us the proof of your arrival (for example, a plane/bus/train ticket) via email at [email protected] or by coming physically to our office during front desk hours.

    BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH OUR OFFICE

    The front desk is open on Thursdays from 9.30 am to 12.00 pm (the last bookable slot is at 11.45 am). It is possible to make the reservation until 12.00 pm of the day before the chosen date.

  • Ask for your permit of stay (if needed)

  • Update the LA (if needed)
    If you need to apply some changes to your choice of subjects, you need to fill out a variation to your first LA (please do not send a new LA, proceed with the variation of the existing one). The variation should be also approved by both Coordinators by:

    • the end of October for 1st semester
    • the end of March for 2nd semester
       

    If you made any changes to your first Learning Agreement, once they are approved please always notify our office at [email protected]

  • Extend your Erasmus period (if needed)
    If you need to extend your period, complete the form, obtain the signature of both Coordinators and send it to us [email protected].

  • Get your certificate of stay/departure certificate
    You need to register the end of your stay by coming physically to our office and get our signature on your departure certificate. You will be provided specific instructions before your departure.

  • Reuqest your Transcript of Records
    Once your mobility is finished and your grades are all registered, you can request the issuing of your ToR by email to [email protected].
