Description:

The aim of this project is to support the early internationalization of startups, as well as to increase the number of international and female potential entrepreneurs founding startups with a sound, coherent program. In two train-the-trainer courses in Cologne and Granada, staff of different faculties of the partner universities will be trained on how to implement the training course, in order to spread the knowledge throughout the university. The project will contribute to unfolding the whole creative potential of the European common market to contribute to global change. s. The aim is to promote diversity in the European startup ecosystems from which persons with migration background as well as the European market could benefit. So far, many incubators focus on a local approach, they build up networks to local businesses in order to support startups.
