Description:
The main objective of the project is to equip higher education institutions with protocols and practical tools that ensure the safety of international mobility for students and staff. The protocols clarify the roles, duties, and responsibilities of the parties involved in international mobility, define the importance of risk assessment and mobility preparation, and standardize procedures tailored to the specific needs of the beneficiaries. Practical tools (such as the online self-assessment tool, open online courses, and the mobile app for emergency notifications) will help beneficiaries—both within and beyond the partnership—to experience safer and more secure international mobility.
During the project, the following intellectual outputs (IO), multiplier events (E), and intensive staff training weeks (C) will be realized: Four intellectual outputs:
- Online self-assessment tool on safety and security,
- Open courses on security protocols for universities,
- Open courses on health and safety for mobility participants,
- Technical report on the university's emergency notification system.
