Al fine di favorire una maggiore inclusione nelle attività didattiche per alcune categorie di studenti (vedi Allegato A), a partire dall’anno accademico 2023/2024, per i Corsi di Studio che non hanno obbligo di frequenza, saranno adottate le seguenti linee di indirizzo:

1. Per gli insegnamenti ai quali sono iscritti studenti che certificano di trovarsi in una delle condizioni sotto indicate (vedi Allegato A) e che non possono seguire le attività didattiche in presenza, il docente garantirà fino a 2 ore di ricevimento settimanali, anche online, con flessibilità oraria a seconda delle esigenze.
2. Gli insegnamenti descritti al punto 1) potranno essere supportati da attività di tutorato o di didattica integrativa, svolte anche dopo le ore 18, dal lunedì al venerdì, al fine di favorire l’apprendimento anche da parte degli studenti che rientrano nelle categorie sotto indicate (vedi Allegato A).
3. Agli studenti che si trovano nelle categorie sotto indicate (vedi Allegato A) il docente fornirà il materiale didattico che giudica più idoneo per la preparazione in autonomia dell’esame di profitto, come ad esempio videoregistrazioni che trattino gli argomenti d’esame e, quando possibile, utilizzerà modalità didattiche che favoriscano il lavoro di gruppo.
4. Il materiale didattico di riferimento, le modalità d’esame e le modalità didattiche devono essere descritte nel syllabus dell’insegnamento, comprese le modalità che saranno attuate nei confronti degli studenti appartenenti alle categorie sotto indicate (vedi Allegato A).

Gli studenti che rientrano nelle categorie sottoelencate, secondo le definizioni riportate nell’Allegato A:

• studente lavoratore;
• studente impegnato nella cura dei propri familiari;
• studente con invalidità civile;
• studente con disabilità o con disturbi specifici dell’apprendimento;
• studente genitore;
• studente atleta;
• studente in regime carcerario;

e che non potendo seguire le attività didattiche in presenza intendono usufruire delle modalità didattiche sopra indicate, potranno certificare di rientrare in una di queste categorie accedendo alla propria Area Riservata (Esse3) con le credenziali di Ateneo, selezionando dal menu a tendina Iniziative e seguendo le istruzioni per fare Domanda per Modalità Didattiche Inclusive.

Gli studenti in regime di ricovero ospedaliero o affetti da patologie certificate potranno comunicare la loro condizione di salute direttamente al responsabile del Corso di Studi.

Per ragioni organizzative gli studenti che intendono usufruire delle modalità didattiche sopra indicate (1-4) dovranno segnalare attraverso l’Area Riservata di rientrare in una delle categorie sopraelencate nei seguenti periodi:

• dal 2 al 20 settembre 2024;
   
• dal 3 al 21 febbraio 2025;

In order to strengthen inclusion in educational activities for some categories of students (see Annex A), the following guidelines will be adopted starting from the academic year 2023/2024 for Study Programmes that do not have the requirement of compulsory attendance:

1. For enrolled students who certify that they fall under one of the categories listed below (see Annex A) and cannot attend the teaching activities in person, the professor will guarantee up to 2 hours of weekly reception, also online, with time flexibility depending on the needs.
2. The teaching courses described in point 1) may be supported by tutoring or supplementary teaching activities, carried out even after 6 pm, from Monday to Friday, in order to encourage learning also by students who fall into the categories indicated below (see Annex A).
3. For the students who are in the categories listed below (see Annex A) the professor will provide the teaching material that she or he deems most suitable for independent preparation for the exam, such as video recordings that deal with the exam topics and, when possible, will use teaching methods that encourage group activities.
4. The relevant teaching materials, exam procedures and teaching methods must be described in the teaching syllabus, including the arrangements that will be implemented with respect to students belonging to the categories below (see Annex A).

Students who fall into the categories listed below, according to the definitions provided in Annex A:

• working student;
• student engaged in the care of their family members;
• student with civil disability;
• student with disabilities or with specific learning disabilities;
• parent student;
• student athlete;
• student detained in correctional center;

and who, not being able to follow the teaching activities in person, intend to take advantage of the teaching methods indicated above, should certify that they fall into one of these categories by accessing the Student Area with their University credentials. They should select “Iniziative” from the drop-down menu and follow the instructions to apply for “Domanda per Modalità Didattiche Inclusive”.

Students who are hospitalized or suffering from certified medical conditions should communicate their health condition directly to the Coordinator of the Study Programme.

For organizational reasons, students who intend to take advantage of the teaching methods indicated above (1-4) must report through their Student Area that they fall into one of the aforementioned categories during the following periods:

• from 2 to 20 September 2024;
   
• from 3 to 21 February 2025;
