Following the request of ENI Corporate University and in collaboration with the Alma Mater Ticinensis Foundation, UNIPV launched the Future Builders Program, a three-year educational path designed to allow 11 Iraqi students, supported by the Iraqi Ministry of Oil, to enroll in bachelor degree courses (in Law, Economics or Engineering) offered by UNIPV.

The program started in 2021/22, with the arrival of 11 students who successfully attended and completed UNIPV Foundation Year course. 

At the end of the preparatory course, students enrolled for the academic year 2022/23 in three-year degree courses offered by the University (7 in Civil Engineering, 4 in Legal Services Sciences), and they are still successfully pursuing their studies.

The GLOBEC center, Alma Mater Ticinencis, UNIPV PhD office and ENI are currently exploring the possibility of continuing the existing programme with a second group of students who would be able to enroll in a Master's Degree courses and a PhD programs in Pavia.
