Description:

The overall objective of the project is to create and strengthen a collaborative network among universities to improve and establish common guidelines for university professional studies in the field of international development cooperation and humanitarian aid.

The network will also include highly relevant civil society entities from the selected sector, with the aim of promoting cohesion between the higher education sector and the humanitarian professional sector.

This will enable the identification of the professional and academic skills needed to address the challenges of the humanitarian sector in the post-2015 development agenda. This project will serve as a preparatory action for the design and implementation of a joint professional Master's in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid to be carried out through future project proposals under the Erasmus Plus program.
