Description:
Joint project for the modernization of educational programs in climate engineering, a regional priority for Russia and China, and a national priority for Azerbaijan.
3 OBJECTIVES IN EACH COUNTRY:
- Reduce skill gaps at the intermediate level (site coordinator, design technician) by improving student employability and enhancing corporate leadership.
- Professionalize teaching programs in line with the Bologna Process and the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and partially transfer them to companies.
- Create an accessible professional Bachelor’s degree in distance learning for the energy and environmental performance of buildings and a continuous training program.
