International Staff Week UNIPV
University of Pavia welcomes you to UniPV International BIP Staff Week 2025!
The third BIP International Staff Week at the University of Pavia is OUT!
The event "EU Alliances from A to Z: challenges and opportunities", as the title says, will be focused on European Alliances, tackling in particular three topics:

Short Mobilities in EU Alliances - International Mobility Office

Communication and Digitalisation in EU Alliances - GLOBEC and International Mobility Office

International Admissions for Joint Degrees - Admissions Office
The aim is to create a moment of sharing and discussion among colleagues with experience in EU Alliances, both coming from Programme and Partner countries on the three above-mentioned hot topics.
EU Alliances have a great importance and space in International Strategies of HEIs and we are all working to improve how to implement and disseminate them, as well as be successful in the recruitment of students for the Joint Degrees.
Not less important is to take advantage of this opportunity to strengthen our relations, to improve the collaboration and to enjoy the venue and the Italian history and food together.
The programme contains workshops, networking activities, and opportunities for sharing best practices among colleagues from a wide range of countries, including some of the UNIPV partners in International Credit Mobility from Albania, Libia, Morocco and Nepal.
To participate in the UniPV International Staff Week, you will need to go through an application process. Among the topics of the event there are EU Alliance involvement and experience in International Mobility. As a consequence of that, it would be useful if you have experience on these topics at central or departmental level.
There is no fee for participating in the UniPV International Staff Week. Participants are however responsible for covering their own accommodation, travel to/from Pavia and part of the meals during the week. Some meals are however complementary from UNIPV.
Please note that the Staff week is a BIP itself and, as a consequence of that, it will be implemented both as a virtual event, as well as an intensive physical mobility, as follows:
· The virtual activity is an online meeting on the 6th of June at 10am CET
· The physical component takes place in Pavia from 16 to 20 June, 2025.
